ABOUT ME

Pearl: Back to finish my degree after travelling round for a year...Good lord I miss it. Love cooking, ballet, really bad jokes, parties of course, plaiting other peoples hair, a nice pint of beer, photos and making birthday cards.

PHILOSOPHY

Dave and Pearl:To try not to worry too much about anything and to be as happy as possible. To laugh a lot and to avoid getting stuck in any one situation for too long. Doesn't really always work out that way though. But we will persist.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Dave:I participate by...well I don't really participate right now as I'm travelling. But soon, soon you won't even be able to see my couch for the number of surfers piled up in that bitch. I expect to find them like bits of lint and spare change when I set about my cleaning duties. Also helped at a couch surfing collective in Nelson, NZ. Which we enjoyed.
Pearl:Well yes. Taking part in the CS collective for a month in New Zealand really spawned my love of the couch.

Pearl:New Zealand and Belgium-all Very Poisitive!

Interests

Pearl:Laughing my laugh, farming-especially with powerful machinery..mmm, drawing, cooking, travelling, ballet, drama, reading, new things, trying to destroy the sandfly/mosquito/biting midge (depending what country i'm in.)
Dave:Music (playing and listening). Drinking. Reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Dave:I saw Rich Hall yesterday. Not really amazing but satisfying none the less.
Pearl:Did the 2nd highest bungee jump..seen a couple glaciers, went to Africa for a day....My minds gone blank.

Teach, Learn, Share

Dave:I play quite a bit of music; if anyone wants to learn guitar.
Pearl:I make good flapjacks...and a qualified in Thai Massage by the Thai Government. Oh yes. Would like to improve my french. Could take you along to a ballet class in Dublin if you're so inclined.
