我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

To travel/stay in a different way, more personal and fun than a hotel, more friendly than a hostel (sometimes one doesn't know people at hostels because guests hang out all day long and don't have the opportunity to meet).

I love travelling, reading, walking. I consider meeting new people refreshing and life-changing. I also enjoy cultural and language exchange (studying foreign languages is totally my cup of tea).

音乐、电影和书籍

Pop, rock and indie... But actually I don't listen to music that much (not that I don't like it... I'm totally into dancing and parties, I just don't spare too much time to listen to music at home).

I love reading... It would be hard to choose some authors or styles. I enjoy reading sci-fi (Asimov, Clarke), cyberpunk (Gibson), steampunk, classical literature (Machado de Assis), Greek tragedies, about history (specially from Ancient Egypt). I'm a bit of Potterhead too, and Tolkien-ish also. Not yet a GoT fan, but I've got all the books waiting on my shelf to be read. I also appreciate distopies such as 1984, Brave New World, Clockwork Orange. I consider the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy series amazing too.

About movies... I prefer sci-fi and denser movies (Interestellar, the Inception, Cloud Atlas, the Hours). Don't forget to include Potter, Star Wars, LotR. Yeah... I'm a bit of a nerd :P
