i am awesome. what more do you need? :)

i'm 25, travelled Europe for a few months, am currently living in Mongolia and traveling Asia whenever I'm not teaching and am always ready for a good time. I am very social and I meet people everywhere I go. I like making sure people around me have fun no matter where we are.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I did not get a chance to Couchsurf while I was in Europe, but I hosted many surfers in Toronto. You can see my list of couchsurfers I met below. I'll do what I can to host, but it's not always possible. Please ask though, as I've been able to host in the past, though it's usually only been for 2-3 days.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a few groups of couchsurfers. My first experience was a group from the Czech Republic, 2 girls and 1 guy. The first night we went out for all-you-can-eat sushi and came back to my place and played Rockband on the Nintendo Wii. The second day we planned on going to Canada's Wonderland together (it was closed unfortunately) so we went to the Steamwhistle brewery instead for a tour. The third night, we went out clubbing with some of my friends and drank lots and had a good time. The next morning me and the guy (Stepan) played squash at my building to cure our hangover! It was sad to see them leave :( From then on I decided to fully dive into the couchsurfing experience.

03/2010 - Hosted Juan Pablo from Guatemala and Kristin from Orlando
04/2010 - Surfed with Kristin in Orlando
06/2010 - Signed a lease for a 2-bedroom apartment in my college town of North Bay, ON with Kayla, the couchsurfer I stayed with in February. Now we are roommates and as of September we will host travelers to Northern Ontario!
06/2010 - Hosted Jussi from Finland

Ongoing - Shared my positive experiences with the CouchSurfing program with others, who have in turn joined the website.
