About Me
Hi,
I grew up in a pretty mellow suburb of Seattle, WA, USA called Bellevue. I'm an easygoing guy, easy to talk to and I always try to be considerate. I work as an audio/recording engineer, which means that I am hired by musicians, bands, and composers to record their music and then make it sound pretty. I also am a music producer, and work with artists to compose and fully create songs. I am fairly particular about eating healthy, so I tend to buy my own groceries and cook for myself. That being said, I am pretty open minded and am always interested to try something new (and there's nothing wrong with a cheat day every now and then!). When I travel I always prefer to dine and experience the city like the local people do, and avoid tourist-y spots if I can. I'm always happy to chat and answer any questions you may have for me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I recently travelled to Italy, and loved it so much that I want to travel the world more. I hope to get out for about two weeks two or three times a year. Couchsurfing would be a great way to travel within a good budget and meet people who know the area well!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love tons of music, since I work in it, and that ranges from pop, hip hop, electronic, jazz, classical, classic rock, alt rock, and more. Tough for me to pick favorites, but I always love to hear something new!
As far as movies, I love them but am missing a whooole bunch of classics. These include but are not limited to: Back to the Future 1, 2, and 3, The Blues Brothers, Spinal Tap, Saving Private Ryan, Schindler's List, The Notebook, Spinal Tap, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, etc etc etc
I mostly read self-improvement books to be honest, but I love "How to Win Friends and Influence People," "Hit Makers," "Coaching the Artist Within," "10 Percent Happier," and stuff like that.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I worked for several years for the music composer of Family Guy, Star Trek: TNG, Duck Tales, the Smurfs, and many other shows. I learned tons while working for him and was able to meet tons of incredible players and personalities.
Teach, Learn, Share
I work in the music industry, so I know a fair amount about how music is created and spread.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am very tidy and responsible, I always pack light as to not be cluttered, and I always try to be considerate of other people's things and personal space. I love to learn and listen to people's stories, so I feel there is always something interesting to talk about.
