About Me

I'm an Israeli living in Jerusalem, I work as an engineer and I love hiking, travelling, and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to keep traveling and meeting new people my entire life and I think that Couchsurfing is a great platform to do so. I've met some people from the site in South America, both in Argentina and Chile and I've had a really great time. I want to be able to host and be hosted and take this awesome experience further.

I enjoy speaking a foreign language and to tell people about where I come from and also listen to their personal stories and history.

Interests

Explore the world fully, with all of it's people and wonderful places it offers. I love to enjoy a good hike in nature, going to a small cafe and read a book, go out for a run and listening to some good music and I basically pursue whatever makes me happy.

I'm a walking movie encyclopedia, if you need a recommendation for a film or you can't remember an actor's name, I'm the guy to ask. I also like to go to the cinema a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books

Radiohead, Beck, Blur, Gorillaz, Asaf Avidan, Glitch Mob, Alt J, Ratatat, Gramatik, Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

Donnie Darko, Vanilla Sky, Inception, Whiplash, Birdman, Kick-Ass, Crazy, Stupid, Love.

The Shadow of the Wind, A Song of Ice and Fire, City of Thieves, Shogun, The Wind-up Bird Chronicles.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just one? :)

A guy I met in Las Vegas gave me a ride on his small airplane, just met the dude at a hostel and the next thing I know is his looking at his maps telling me to keep it at 4500 feet, that's pretty high on my list, but I'll save some more good stories for a meeting in person.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm pretty good with cooking, and I can make a really good Creme Brule.

I can answer a million questions about Israel.

I'm always looking for people to practice my Spanish or Russian with, I can also teach you Hebrew!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anything geeky, hi-tech, pop-culture-y.

Stories about traveling, perhaps singing something together, share a beer and having a good conversation about anything at all.
