One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

amazing Himalaya.. during the round Annapurna trek I've seen what is true friendship when a friend stayed with me during an illness and crossed the pass together when it was already very dangerous. This guy is my friend from then on..
South Thailand in a monastery a ten days Anapanasati meditation retreat.. AMAZING
