兴趣

I Practice Yoga, like cooking new staff, playing the guitar , Playing Football, going out with friends, hiking. I make limoncello at home - It's the best for the hot summer in Israel, like to taste many kinds of beer and wine. Traveling at places I'v never seen, read a good book by the river

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was snowboarding in Italy and I was Drinking a lot at a bar (apres-ski) placed on a snowy mountain, when suddenly a girl I knew asked me if I would like to join her to do 'off piste' and I said "why not"-I was tipsy and this was the first time I did it and I wasn't that good at snowbaording so I rolled over many times but when I succeed the adrenaline flowed was unbelievable!

A few month ago I started doing meditation by daily basis and this is extremely powerfull and enriching.
One of the best things is that this allows me to be more focus on things I do and let my mind be less disturbing
