I am 24 and work in a library in SF. That is pretty much my life. I am vegetarian/freegan, bike around a lot, and would love to host people so I could live out my travel needs through them

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I currently live in a two bedroom apt in the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland. We are about 3/4 of a mile from the bart, and have 2 couches available for surfers. Usually people we know stopping in town stay here, but we would be cool to open this to new people.

My literature tastes seem to glide from distopian books (1984, Brave New World), to Catch-22, Kurt Vonnegut, Tom Robbins, and even Les Miserables. My current crush is for sure Murakami. If you want to get together and talk Kafka on the Shore, we can be friends.

The most amazing thing I have ever seen is my dad's love for all things Maya. It really gives me hope that one day I will have a passion like that as well. Otherwise, Machu Picchu was pretty cool :p
