ABOUT ME

I am originally from Shafter, California, a small city in the Central Valley of California. When I graduated high school I moved out to go to college at the University of California, Berkeley where I am currently a student. However, the last year of my time as a student I've spent living in Washington, D.C. and now in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the moment, I am living in Buenos Aires and will be returning to Berkeley once I go back to California. I usually spend my time in California living back and forth between Berkeley and Shafter.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I never thought I would be the type of person to enjoy traveling so much until I moved out of my hometown and slowly began to see a little bit more the world. I've learned that I love food, education, playing sports, and connecting with people. I don't have a couch at this moment but I am open to meeting people in my area.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couch surfing experiences have been perfect. I was hosted by a couch surfers in Santiago de Chile for a few days and they made me feel at home. They were very friendly, fun, and courteous. They showed my girlfriend and I lots of great local bars and restaurants and even made us breakfast our first day. The experience was beyond all my expectations.

Interests

I enjoy playing all types of sports. My favorite sports to play are baseball, football/soccer, and American football. I also like to play chess.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to see President Barack Obama deliver a speech and sign an executive order at the White House.
