What to say about myself?

I'm creative -- I illustrate. I'm nerdy -- I love to write fiction and websites. I like plants, whether they're growing naturally or I'm gardening them for their tastiness. I am a swell blend of introvert and extrovert and adore energetic, creative, whimsical people who are sharp-minded and critical.

I graduated from U of Waterloo in Environmental Studies and currently live in Toronto, Ontario where I'm a part-time student at OCAD U. I work doing graphic design and web dev and think it's dandy. I engage in community organizing, using arts and design to connect folks to grassroots social movements. I am a queer lefty artsy weirdo and would love to connect with like-folk.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've stayed with great hosts who've brought me back to health and showed me such generosity I am most obliged to return the favour.

Currently, I'm not very active in CS nor can I host (although I'd like to soon) -- but I am incredibly gracious to the folks who've helped me out -- so I'm eager to pay it forward. I'm open to showing folks around the city or hanging out and hopefully will soon have space to host guests for short stays.
