ABOUT ME

I'm living in the West region of Cameroon working for Peace Corps. I teach english and computer science at the government high school of Bandenkop. I will be here for two years, and I love my tiny village already.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My couch is always open if I'm in town!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I signed up for couch surfing after my good friend had a surfer over for a night. We stayed up late just listening to his stories, and playing with his dog he was traveling with. I trust people too easily sometimes, but I love that something like couch surfing can still exist these days.

I've now couch surfed in Germany and the Domincan Republic, and hosted tons of times in Lawrence and have never had a bad experience. It's a wonderful change in the week when a couch surfer arrives for a night just passing through :)
