Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To laugh as much and as often as possible!
ABOUT ME
I feel like every day has a little more happiness than the last. I love laughing with my friends, reading, great discussions (I love a good debate!) about the things that matter. I believe in absolute truth. I don't have a tv. I love traveling.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is crazy and people are never totally predictable; perhaps the choice to love all people cannot depend on what others do or think or feel. It simply depends on me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I work a lot and I unfortunately don’t have space to offer travellers. But I love to hike, bike, XC Ski etc. So if my schedule allows I could show you around for some of those activities.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I travelled through Europe in August 08 and I couchsurfed as much as possible (though I definitely don't recommend Europe in August if you can avoid it!). I had such an amazing experience--the people I met made my trip, most definitely! I will never travel without CS again!
Interests
Travel, hiking, reading, art, cross country skiing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, walking dogs, hanging out with friends, good food & good conversation, and soooo many more!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love documentaries and all sorts of movies but I prefer to be outside. I love all kinds of music. I generally have about 5 books going at once. If you want to know what I'm reading right now, ask me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I used to work in a cabin in the backcountry in the Canadian Rockies (I love the mountains!) so everyday was pretty amazing!
Teach, Learn, Share
I have virtually no marketable skills. But I can explain most anything in the Bible if you’re interested (I’m a Jesus girl) and tell stories about crazy grizzly bear encounters. I make a mean chicken soup. Also very good at toast and peanut butter (assuming you have a toaster).
When it comes to learning, I love to hear about life experiences and perspectives - I always want to understand how other people think. I love learning about new languages and cultures.
What I Can Share with Hosts
The best things I have to share is friendship , conversation and a glass of wine.
