ABOUT ME
Well, what could I say about me, ...ummm...I guess I'll be quite subjective ;) I've lived in Frankfurt for a year, I went back to my hometown Bilbao and now I'm working in Berlin for a couple of years.
I'll see what to do next... "we were young, wild & free" (as Bryan Adams said in his song) ^_^
I consider myself an outgoing & spontaneous person, always willing to meet new people and bla bla bla. But ..I guess we all share this same interest, right? ;)
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy could be summarized in few words: "be yourself and just be free!". Sometimes we don't do some things because we are afraid of other's reactions, so just be yourselves and do whatever you feel in the moment, this way, you'll realise you're alive! :) YOU HAVE THE POWER OF YOUR LIFES!!
It's one of the best advice I could EVER give.
In fact, I'm trying to follow it myself.
Like a really good friend of mine says:
As long as you're happy..GO FOR IT!!
^_^ miauuuuu!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I try to host & meet as many people my schedule allows me and to participate & organize all the meetings that I can, because I really believe in this project and I really think it works!
In Frankfut I used to be more active, also when I first move to Berlin. Now, it just seems that I have no time for anything! :(
A good experience that I won't forget is organizing a Modern Architecture and Photography Tour around Berlin. Met amazing people and spent an amazing day.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had the opportunity to surf Bastien and Natalia’s couch in New York (my first experience!!) and Amandine’s in Charleroi, Belgium. Both experiences were amazing.
But I also had the chance to host Melissa and Eilean (Oslo) for the BBK Live Festival in Bilbao and also Roger (Barcelona), Shawn (Canada),Steffi&Caro (Deutschland)and Carlos in Frankfurt.
Also Zara (Spain) and Carlos (Germany) in berlin, but those are friends (and couchsurfers!).
I've also attended meetings in New York, Frankfurt, Bilbao and Berlin and I've met amazing people in all the countries I've travelled to!
