Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love meeting new people, learn about other cultures and I also think that we should support and encourage people to travel as much as possible and make their experience as unique and as special as possible

Music has always been my greatest passion, I've been playing piano since I was 7 and I kept doing it even though I followed a completely different path choosing to study medicine.
Besides that, I love reading a lot, spending time with friends, travelling, learning about art history, going to museums, playing sports, hiking.

Jazz is my favorite genre (Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Bill Evans, Art Tatum, Ahmad Jamal, Herbie Hancock, Kamasi Washington, Robert Glasper, Snarky Puppy, Jacob Collier, Cory Henry and many many others) followed by classical music (Rachmaninov is my favorite composer) and I also like soul, R&B, funk, neo-soul, gosepl, rock, hip-hop.
Movies: some of my favorites movies are Forrest Gump, Rear Window, Good Will Hunting, Se7en, Interstellar, etc.
Books: To Kill a Mockingbird, East of Eden, Agatha Christie's books, Kingkiller Chronicles, The Cemetry of Forgotten Books Series and many others

I can teach you to play an instrument, about Romanian culture or I can answer your questions related to medicine.
I'd like to learn anything that's new to me and especially new languages and other people cultures.
