I'm a musician, and I also have a large knowlege on computers. I started my musical studies with the guitar in 1998, and since this time I've tried another instruments (electric guitar, viola caipira, cavaquinho, acoustic bass, flute and piano). Nowdays I study cavaquinho and doublebass, and aways its possible, piano. I play in a copyright band (https://soundcloud.com/cantigasboleraveis), and another group of brazilian instrumental music (https://soundcloud.com/brincadeiraboa). In the area of computing, I use Linux since 2000, I've done one course of Linux admnistrator and I started one superior course of computers in 2009, but I gave it up to devote myself to music. By myself I studied 2D and 3D illustration programs, digital painting, 3D animation, recording and musical production, video and music edition.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm travelling with my girlfriend around Germany, who is also a musician and plays the flute very well :) . We aren't interested only on visiting touristic places, but know nice people who can show us their culture. Meet people of diferent countries is something that adds good things to our lives. I think that couchsurfing is a very good way to travel around the world, because beside saving money, we can make friends, and share good experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

Latin music, Folk music, jazz, arabian music, classic rock, classic. I like documentaries and historical films, non-sense comedies, drama and cartoons. Three movie directors that I really like are: Lars Vontrier, Stanley Kubrik, and Quentin Tarantino. I do not usually read but I enjoyed The Lord of the Rings, of J.R Tolkien.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I temporarily paused all my projects in Brazil to travel around Europe.

I can teach my host all the knowleges I have, and also what I know about my country. I want to learn history of another countries and its food. I can share music, and I can do housework.
