PHILOSOPHY

Iva is mostly in charge in replying to CS requests - copy/paste messages make her really unhappy and people who don't mention at least one thing that made them choose us as their hosts have very little chance of having their request accepted. Especially for Oktoberfest.

Actually, there is really very little chance we will host anyone for Oktoberfest. Try finding another host if you're in Munich then.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Jay says: We have space to put people up now and again here in Munich and we're pretty sociable people. We also tend to travel a fair bit to random places in our camper van, so it's nice to meet like-minded locals ... to show us their town, drink a beer or three, and just generally hang out.

Interests

Jay likes travelling, cooking spicy food, messing around in the internet, socialising, jogging and playing ultimate frisbee, eating scrambled eggs and beer.
Iva likes travelling, eating food Jay's cooked and complaining that it's too spicy, teaching, meeting new people, sunshine, McDonald's breakfast and beer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Iva says: I lived in Hungary, in a really small town, with absolutely no knowledge of Hungarian and with only 2 people there who spoke any English, for 2 years, alone.
Jay says: For want of a better answer, I saw two birds violently making love in a tree the other day. That was quite memorable.
