About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Impossible is nothing.

ABOUT ME

Hi everybody! My name's Iva and I'm really crazy about travelling and meeting new people. I would say that I have quite adventurous spirit and when I'm abroad I try to feel the atmosphere of the country and to get to know the culture.

I am particulary interested in France where I lived for half a year and I am really into French language. However, now I would like to travel outside the Europe and broaden my horizons. And I feel so excited about it! After a summer school in Taiwan I am very keen on travelling to Asia... and explore.

I have a lot of dreams, I want to study, work, travel and gain experience for now and then I would just like to change the world fot the better :) A part from things I've mentioned I'm keen on all kinds of sport, I love culture and I'm interested in philosophy and all the things around me.

PHILOSOPHY

At this place I would like to share with you a few citations that I like and that are connected to my personal philosophy:

Impossible is nothing.

Don't dream your life, live your dreams.

Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am afraid I am not able to mention just one amazing thing I have experienced, there are so many of them!

for example

... adventure while working on a blueberry farm in France

... moment when I got off the plane and metro and was amazed by New York City view

... experience sharing with friends that I met during the leadership seminar in Budapest

... talking, eating a piece of cake, drinking a cup of tea or a glass of wine with people I love in one of my favourite coffee rooms in my hometown

And actually, I am trying to make every day somehow amazing :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I think that the most important thing we can learn from each other is the thought sharing, gaining inspiration and motivation, seeing the world from the different point of view.

We can enrich each other by discussions about all the different issues or by language tandem (if you want to learn Czech, just tell me!).
