About Me
Hi, I m Ivan. I was born in San Pedro Sula (Honduras). My dad is from Killarney (Ireland) and my mum is from Corrientes, Argentina. My grandpa was dutch. From Fryslan to be more accurate. I lived in Salta and Buenos Aires and I grew up speaking English and Spanish and later when I was 20 I learned Dutch and after that I decided to continue learning languages. Right now Im also fluent in Portuguese and Afrikaans. I consider also that my French is fluent but I need more native speakers in order to improve it. I m also currently learning italian, German and Frisian. Probably I wil never stop learning... hopefully. I studied Paleontology at the University of La Plata in Buenos Aires. I love reading specially books about biology, travels, history, geography and also novels. I also love to go outdoors to do birdwatching, climbing and diving when is possible. I also have a pond full of turtles and I love to go the nationals parks and reserves to watch wildlife. I have been in 14 countries and I would love to travel more!!!
