Hi! I’m Ivan — born and raised in Moscow, where I used to work as a music director in theatre. In 2018, I moved to Argentina, picked up Spanish, and eventually started teaching it — that became my main gig. After 7 years here, I really feel at home: I’ve travelled the country by car and camper, fallen in love with Argentina and its people, and even became a citizen.

I love talking about personal stuff — self-growth, life paths, finding your place both professionally and personally. I’m also always up for a chat about languages, culture, or what it’s like to build a new life in a new country.

I’m into bouldering, hiking, and cycling — nothing too hardcore, just for fun. I play guitar, sing, and write my own music. I’ve been to the local Argentine Burning Man and help run a camp with friends — I’m definitely into those kinds of creative, shared experiences.
