Overview
About Me
i am open minded, easygoing and intuitive. i like to plan a lot, but i don't always stick to the plan, because sometimes it's just better to listen to your gut than following a plan. so i guess all the planing is mostly for fun. i enjoy being on my own quite a lot as well as being around people. i recently quit my job at the office and decided to try different things. i have a scatch in my head of living simpler and more sustainable life, but i'm not forcing it this very moment. i am just watching it all, curious where it will bring me...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
to be honest i didn't know couchsurfing existed until about 3 years ago. it's like with radiohead for me – i missed it when everybody discovered it and i didn't quite catch up. at first i though CS was only about staying somewhere for free and didn't much understand why would anyone let strangers in their homes until i realized it is a great opportunity to meet interesting people, learn new things and experience unexpected
Interests
i like stories. i like to listen to them, i like to watch them and i like to read them. i love music and i love to sing along (mostly out of tune). i like taking pictures, but it can be tricky because you miss out, so i'm trying to be minimalistic about it lately. i like to cook & bake and talk food and nutrition. i think that food can fix many things one way or the other. i am a big fan of slow traveling and i rarely use a map in the city, because i like getting lost and i always do. Like drinking beer on a beer garden or in a park during the suny day. i like hiking and summer meadows with overgrown grass and wildflowers, picking wild berries and mushroom hunting, pine trees and cycling, long inspiring conversations while drinking wine or not, listening to bossa nova on sunday morning, drinking hot mint tea while having cold nose and warm socks on and watching sunsets from my bedroom window, i like to laugh out loud, watching clouds reflection in the puddles on a cobblestone road, in fact i like reflections of all kinds and the smell of books both old and new and i love how sometimes water tastes so absolutely amazing and when my skins is cold while i still feel warm. the sound of fallen leaves under my feet and the smell of sidewalk when it starts raining on a hot day...
