About Me
Hello!
I am a very active person who likes doing lots of things, and I enjoy travelling. I have a lot of hobbies and do many things, but don't like dancing or going to parties. That's not my type.
I am very sorry for not being able to accept guests at the moment, because I live with my father and he does not agree with the idea, at least until we work a bit more on making our house more comfortable.
Anyway, if you still want to meet new people in Montevideo and specially if you share my interests, we can get in contact and go out someday! I can show you places where I play go, swim, pool, cinemas, etc.
Please keep reading the other sections to know more about me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like more staying in the same place for a while and getting to know the people there rather than visiting lots of sightseeing places for a few hours or days only.
For this reason, I have travelled through AIESEC for a 3 month volunteering intership, which I loved. I also plan to become an exchange student for at least 2 years, for my master's degree. Now someone told me about this couchsurfing site and I thought I may as well give it a try too.
I have already shared one experience staying a couple days with a couchsurfer in Brazil and it was great.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite music group is Iron Maiden. I love some of their songs, don't like others so much :P
Then I also like Avantasia and Uruguayan rock bands, like La Vela Puerca, La Trampa, NTVG, etc.
About movies, I like everything that has to do with science fiction, superheroes, action and fantasy. But I also have loved other types of movies like Groundhog Day and 50 First Dates.
About books, I love Isaac Asimov stories. I have collected all the books I found. I also have a lot of Harry Potter, Tolkien, Michael Crichton and Stephen King books (most in spanish, sorry).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to Chile on my own for 3 months, living with a girl I didn't know beforehand and who as going to do an internship in AIESEC with me. It was awesome. Some friends told me they wouldn't do something like that, but I believe it is definitely worth it. I now want to do my master's degree abroad and be living there for even longer.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am not sure what this means but I will write my thoughts about those words haha.
What can I teach?
Well, spanish in first place. I can teach you how to play Go, the ancient oriental game which got recently known for having Google DeepMind Project beating the best professional player in the world, with an AI Program. I can teach you things about swimming, and computer science. I can recommend movies and books to read, even some anime I liked. I can also teach things about my city and places to go to, I can hang out with you and my friends so you know more people here. Uruguay has amazing people :)
What can I learn?
Well, everything you wanna teach me!
What can I share?
I can share interesting conversations, teaching and learning things, and also doing activities you want to do. Want to go swimming? Rafting? Rock climbing? Just hang out and know the city? I'm in!
