Overview
About Me
I just graduated from Psychology at Glasgow University, Scotland and am suffering my existential crisis :) I studied my bachelor far away from home, because I believed that studying abroad would enable me to develop myself intellectually, emotionally, culturally, and spiritually, and I am happy I had the opportunity to live abroad and explore. It also gave me the opportunity to travel and challenge myself, something that I love.
I am passionate about psychology, neuroscience, brain-imaging techniques, helping people, working with children and volunteering in general; I love going out with friends, travelling and exploring new places, mountaineering, climbing, doing sports, listening to good music, reading and dancing.
My dream is to help people and get involved in humanitarian aid, to visit as many countries as possible in order to experience local lifestyles in their most authentic and sincere manifestation. To live an enthusiastic, yet simple life :-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I believe that being adventurous and open to the world is a state of mind and that people don't need a lot of money to reach any destination they want to. Actually even no money at all :-)

Too many good books..But in general, I like social realism and poetry. And I've always thought that people are the most interesting pieces of art!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- Spontaneously went to a different city to bungee jump before a night shift in my first job
- Camped and hitch-hiked around the Balkans for a month with 100 euros
- Fund-raised money for a charity project in West Java, Indonesia and went there to clean the Cikapundung river and teach English to children
- Cleaned difficult-to-reach mountain terrains in Bulgarian national parks with ''Young Friends of the Earth''
