I am from and I grew up in Conversano, an ancient town in the southern Italian province of Bari, in the Apulia region (if you think of Italy as a boot, it is the heel part of it), a few kilometers from the wonderful beaches of the Adriatic coast.

I am a simple, outgoing, ever-learning person who wants always to be in touch with new cultures to learn more, to have fun and make friends: this is the reason why my main job is bar man.

I have lived a couple of years in the city of Bologna, where I have worked as chef's assistant in a typical Apulian restaurant.

I have a cute lovely dog, her name for friends is Tonia: she is a small and funny 2 years old dachshund.

Living in the land of Trulli (the typical Apulian house), of healthy and tasty food, and of a wonderful sea, I like staying in touch with nature, either in the countryside or beachside always looking for a simple and healthy life.

I have a lot of interests: from cooking, which is part of my job too, to playing tennis or football and swimming.

I am keen on doing cocktails and have a good knowledge of wines and beers.
