Overview
About Me
I am from Recife, a big costal city in the northeast of Brasil.
I would say I'm a walker entusiast. I recently graduated in economics and decided to spend a year out of my home town to walk.
When we walk the "outside" becomes an element of stability and the path a lesson of freedom and uncertainty.
I'm looking forward to see what is out there. Explore different realities, people and ways of life. The world is here, in front of us, full of experiences just waiting to be explored.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
What I like the most: Pink Floyd, Reggae, Brazilian music, trance, jazz...
Also recommend Céu. She is a very talented and beultiful Brazilian singer.
Book:
Wish I was a more active reader. Expedition books are my favorite.
I've read all of the books of the Brazilian explorer Amyr Klink. In the 80's he crossed the Atlantic ocean rowing alone from Africa to the Brazilian coast in 100 days. After that, he did several around the world solo trips sailing through the most inhospitable regions of Antartica.

Movies:
Recommend the Italian movie "Mediterráneo(1991)".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Had my first experience with couchsurfing in the UK. I was traveling by bike 1100km across the country. Along the way, I found myself in very complicated situations without food, shelter and in danger, but the locals helped and saved me a couple of times. I would not be able to complete the journey without them. Also, they taught me about trust and made me fell safer on my following trips.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
Would be happy to share a little of the Northeastern Brazilian culture! And teach anything I possibly can!
Learn:
I'm trying to learn Spanish and improve my English writing. Also, never had the opportunity to learn rock climbing.
