Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I have seen the world, so I am doing it again...
ABOUT ME
I have lived in 15 countries in my 33 odd years on all traditionally inhabited continents (Antarctica is still on the to-do-list). I am very curious about the world and I have embraced a somewhat nomadic lifestyle, keeping on the go all the time.
PHILOSOPHY
I sleep most comfortably in an airplane seat, feel most at home when I am somewhere new and I believe that The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is the best book ever written.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I joined CouchSurfing before I started my first South America trip in 2012, under the influence of a friend and I must say, it has been the most amazing experience and a fantastic way to meet great people. I spend less time on the road and more time at home in Sofia nowadays, and I do have a very centrally located couch. :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far, I have been graciously hosted in Buenos Aires, Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales and Santiago de Chile. And I got to meet many great people even though I did not surf their couches. More, still to come (I hope)!

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (and several obscure Bulgarian authors you probably haven't heard of)
Movies: Airplane!, Dr. Strangelove, Todo Sobre Mi Madre (and pretty much anything made by Almodovar)
Series: House, Dexter, The Mentalist, Criminal Minds
Music: I am slightly musically disabled (people buy me drinks at karaoke bars, so that I stop singing) but I enjoy listening to lounge, chillout, jazz and similar relaxing stuff.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been on all traditionally inhabited continents. Did and saw a lot of amazing stuff out there. Some examples: Survived malaria in the jungles of Northeast India; Witnessed the first ever peaceful elections in Timor Leste; Climbed Mt. Musala (highest on the Balkans) nine times; Lived in 15 countries and visited well over 50...
