Before knowing about CouchSurfing I hosted some very nice people at my place. When I finally found this platform, I loved the way it works. Mainly because it goes beyond sharing an accommodation, we find an unique opportunity to make friends around the globe, making me understand their culture, traditions and current situation from a very specific point of view!
