ABOUT ME

My name is Ivy. I am a logical, reasonable, and open minded young lady. I love to adventure both in the city and in the wilderness. I am open to trying almost anything, I figure most things will bring me entertainment. I am not a very set person when it comes to my interests, I usually fluctuate between an array of activities. I currently attend Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology as a Mechanical Engineering undergrad. So, I obviously love math and science.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel that the purpose of my life is to care for others.
I am a very optimistic person and I try very hard to spread that optimism to others. I try my best to love everyone and accept those who are different from me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking forward to surfing while I travel in the future! I also am hosting for anyone who happens to be travelling through the area!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My family and I have all been involved in couchsurfing for about 5 years. So, we've met a lot of people, both from crashing at our home, my sister's home, the homes of friends, and from surfing ourselves.

Música, películas y libros

I like a lot of different movies, really if they have an interesting story I like them. However I have a very difficult time watching movies which do not make physical sense, it really bothers me.
I love music, but I am not one to favorite particular artists. I do not hate any music, I find ways to enjoy almost every genre. some bands I like are Die Antwoord, Old Crow Medicine Show, Diplo, and Chicks on Speed.

Algo increíble que he hecho

The most amazing thing I have seen is Sweden in the Winter. I know it sounds like it would be a freezing hell hole, but it was the most positive experience of my life. The Swedish people are full of love and warm family appreciation.
