About Me

Just trying to see and experience as much as I can in this world. From the west coast US but have been living in Oslo the past three years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm passionate about connecting with all sorts of people and learning about different cultures, and I think couch surfing is a great way to do that. Also, I think the world needs more fucking people who are kind, care for, and trust others without expecting anything in return.

Interests

Snowboarding, design, traveling, motorcycling, camping, urbex, hitchiking, skateboarding, swimming, veganism, live music ( I prefer DIY communities, squats, or collectives), activism, new experiences, getting out of my comfort zone, and so on.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'd love to go to a show with guests/hosts.
More book exchanges!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Studied abroad for a year in Finland when I was 16, grew to love Scandinavia, and have been living in and out of the area ever since.
I also became a vegetarian on my own when I was 7 because of the children's book "The BFG", and have since become a lifelong vegan because of an absolutely surreal night in China...

Teach, Learn, Share

There is nothing in particular I would like to learn, because there is always the possibility to learn something new. Learning, teaching, and sharing food cultures (as long as it´s vegan) is great! I do not support or allow animal products in my house.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A new friend, a respectful guest, stories, and when I'm back home (wherever that may be) open arms and a place to stay for the people I've met along the way.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, England, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Laos, Lithuania, Mexico, Myanmar, Netherlands Antilles, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United States
