My name is Ivy, married, and I have a son who is always happy and smiling like me. I am an athlete and I love to travel, eat and I value happiness and respect. I am a friendly person and knows how to relate with any kind of person. I also love going to the beach and relax. I also climb mountains. I like discovering new things, learning new cultures and meeting new friends.

I am 28 years old and we have our own little business that is why we have a flexible time and hopefully can visit a country at least once a year. I started traveling when I was 12 years old and that was because of tennis. I represented my country (Philippines) across the world and that was where I got my love for traveling, and now I am sharing it with my husband. I hope I can travel all around the globe with my family especially with my only son.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I learned CS from AISEC, I was part of it, an international organization. I stayed in Shanghai for two months as a developmental trainee. I taught kids and old people about my country's culture.

I am here on CS because some things in life are free, and I want to share my happiness to my fellow travellers. After a decade, things that will change a person are the places you've traveled, the books you've read and the people you've met and that is why I'm here on Couchsurfing :D

One amazing thing I've done is to give birth to my only son, Zion Randell who I really love.

I also represented my country in tennis so I think that's something amazing also.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my time to thank my host and tell my stories about the good things in life. I hope I can also host my host in my country and be a great host. I can tell my host many things I know about my country, especially the good tourist spots here in the Philippines for I have traveled to many different cities here. I can also teach my host how to speak in Filipino :)
