ABOUT ME

I started traveling in 7th grade with a tour to Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. I just moved to New Zealand after graduating from Colorado State. I lived on the east coast of the USA for 17 years, and lived on the west coast. There were some other states in between. I've also traveled to Belize, Guatemala, Mexico and Italy. I love meeting new folks, sharing stories, developing friendships, and keeping in touch. I've lived in Ohio, Oregon, Texas and D.C. as well.

PHILOSOPHY

It is definitely better to live and learn than hold back and regret.

I believe you can have it all: great career, significant other, life full of travel.

There's a lot to be said about getting to know people as well as places. Couchsurfing inspires me every time I participate. People have helped me out traveling over the years, giving me rides or letting me stay with them. I am doing my best to pay-it-forward now.

I spent eight hours swimming in the sea next to a big rock in Vernazza, Italy. It was so peaceful, refreshing and perfect.
