ABOUT ME

I am Iwona, 25 years of age. I've recently moved from London to Cracow. I work as a Financial Professional and enjoy my stay in Krakow. I have a few hobbies as I believe pursuing your passion is critically important to happiness. I love travelling. I want to go somewhere I've never been :). I'm cheerful and open minded person. I like to make other people happy; there is nothing more fulfilling than bringing laughter or a smile to someone´s face. I have been told that I have a great sense of humor, but you will have to judge that for yourself

PHILOSOPHY

Family and friends are most important to me in life. I've learned that money and opportunities come and go, but your friends and family are always there to help you when you need it. I hope one day I can pass down those qualities to a family of my own, and it's why I work so hard today.

My motto is the following:
Don't let fear or insecurity stop you from trying new things. Believe in yourself. Do what you love. And most importantly, be kind to others, even if you don't like them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm quite new to this community but I think the idea behind Couchsurfing is absolutely awesome ;)I've already hosted just one person so far but I hope to gain more experience on that. I also participated Couchsurfers' meetings in London. The most favourire one was London Board Games Club. I just loved it :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hosted by Couchsurfers in Stockholm and Rome. I spent a great time there and saw places that would have never seen if I had not chosen Couchsurfing

Interests

Travelling is one of my hobbies. I've recently been in Portugal, driving all the way from Lisbon to Lagos. Japan is my next destination this year. I love mountains, trecking and hiking. It gives me energy and keeps me going. I like to try new things as it broadens my horizons. Besiedes travelling and meeting new people I like good movies, books,musicals, going out and generally social life.

I have a fairly wide range of musical interest :) What I listen depends mostly on my mood.
Rock, jazz, blues and many more.

My favourite book is "1984" by George Orwell.

When it comes to movies I enjoy non-commercial ones but also like many others.
