ABOUT ME
Three years ago I threw caution to the wind - packed up my life in Melbourne and bit the bullet and moved to the Big Apple.
It's been a pretty amazing few years I must say. I kicked off with Burning Man and chilled in Cali and Oregon before moving to NYC. I sacrificed sensible items and so I arrived in New York with a suitcase full of dusty crazy outfits from the desert that I couldn't bare to part with. At least I had Halloween covered.
Since moving here, I've met the love of my life and we are getting married in Upstate New York next year. It's definitely not how I pictured my life going when I left Australia but I'm very happy with the outcome!
I'm a music and festival publicist so I travel quite a bit for work. So far this has taken me to Miami, Mexico, Iceland, and Morocco. I'm planning on attending ADE in Amsterdam this October on my own dime for a change so I'm looking forward to being able to relax a bit more and not be racing around like I normally am at these events!
Overall I'm super easy going and very low maintenance. I love meeting locals in places that I visit and finding cool places to check out that are off the tourist path. New York is an amazing city, so even if I can't host I'm always down to grab a drink or a coffee and show someone around.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Yes, I can host from time to time but I'm very busy like everyone else in this city. A lot of people helped me find my feet in this city when I first arrived and it's always nice to pass on the favor when I can. Read my profile and address me by name otherwise please don't clog up my inbox.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couch surfed with a couple of legends in San Francisco and have hosted a few people in New York.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've traveled a fair bit through Southeast Asia, Europe, Mexico, and the US.
I celebrated my Golden Birthday three years ago at Burning Man. Driving in at sunrise on my 26th birthday is going to be hard to top!
Teach, Learn, Share
I firmly believe everyone has something to offer. I don't believe I should have to work to become someone's friend - either we get along or we don't, but having said that friendships do take work once they're established. I love creative people and people that make me see the world differently.
