About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Be the change you want to see in the world.

ABOUT ME

I'm someone who always wants to be busy doing interesting and new things, but I also love to relax with an amazing book or a nice glass of wine. A fun time for me just needs good company, fantastic music and something new to see, learn or do.

I grew up in London, but am studying English Literature at Bristol University and I love it. I know my profile says that I'm in London, but that is only during a month in Christmas, Easter and some of the summer. If you're in Bristol let me know.

Living in Bristol is fantastic. After growing up in London I thought I'd never find somewhere else with so many different things going on. I was wrong. There are so many comedy nights and live music performances which are happening everywhere. I also spend most of my time in my favourite cafes dotted all over the place where I'll either be wading through a book or having a long lunch with friends. I spend quite a lot of my time running on the downs, which are stunning no matter what time of the year it is. Bristol has me hooked, although I love to go home to London, I always cant wait to come back.

Every summer I try and see as much of the world as possible, whether it is hiking with my family in the Himalayas or backpacking with friends through Europe or South America. I love to meet new people, talk about places I have been to or would like to go to and find out as much about other countries as possible. You can never know too many people and the idea of having friends all over the world seems amazing to me. I love how couch surfing is such an amazing way to meet the best kind of people you would be more than lucky to find in a city you live in full time. So far it has made travelling and meeting new people more than incredible.

PHILOSOPHY

Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Because I don't live at home full time and have six housemates in Bristol at uni, I'm sorry but I'm not able to host anyone. I would still love to meet for a coffee/glass of wine or just give advice on where to go if you need it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A few summers ago I used couch surfing when I went backpacking with a friend around Europe. I had the most amazing time and can't believe how beautiful all of the people who we met and stayed with were. I read on someone's profile that "once you discover couch surfing normal tourism no longer makes sense" and I could not agree more.
