Overview
About Me
I love discovering new things, being adventurous and meeting new people, especially from other cultures who can teach me a thing or two. I have very very many interests, so there is never a shortage of things to talk about with me. Most important of all, I am always up for a laugh!
I am currently studying social anthropology in La Paz, Bolivia, and will finish in December 2016. After this, I hope to travel through Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil, if my wallet allows it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have only surfed so far and have met the most amazing people along the way! I believe Couchsurfing is by far the best way to travel, and has definitely been an incredible resource and experience for me during my excursions to various different countries around the world. I have mostly surfed in NZ, Australia, Vanuatu and Southeast Asia. I am forever grateful for the amazing times I had with all who hosted me!
When my circumstances change I will gladly open my home to the couchsurfing community:)
Interests
My list of interests is LONG and I am on a constant search to find new, exciting things to learn about and skills to acquire. I guess that is one of the reasons I so thoroughly enjoy travelling. I now dedicate most of my free time to blogging, photography, spending money on travels and trying to keep updated with what is happening in the world.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love a good book. I have read many things through the years. My favourite book has to be "A Fine Balance" by Rohinton Mistry simply because it is the book that has left the strongest impression on me. I also loved Shantaram.
I am also a big movie fanatic, however, all I can manage to think about right now is Game of Thrones!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Being half way across the world completely on my own!
Celebrating Christmas eve in warm New Zealand having previously spent every xmas shivering somewhere in Europe.
Standing on top of an active volcano in Vanuatu.
Couchsurfing!
Teach, Learn, Share
The main reason I want to travel is because I am fascinated by languages and how and why we all live in different ways. I hope travelling will open doors to new languages and experiences and learning how people can live such diverse lives, yet build friendships with people from across the globe. I am convinced that couchsurfing can help me do this.
