About Me

Professional guy, living near the Space Needle/downtown. I live on Capitol Hill, am open-minded and easy going.

I have a lg 1br apt on North Capitol Hill by Volunteer Park I rent out the bedroom and live in the large living room. It's like a studio apt with shared kitchen/bath. There's a reliable bus stop (every 20 mins to downtown) in front of my door that takes you to downtown tourist areas, hangouts and event locations.

My current roommate doesn't feel comfortable hosting, so at this time, I cannot.

I am actually travelling in LA-SF-Portland and on my way back to Seattle on a West Coast Backpacking trip, of my own choice, to challenge my nesting-comfort nature, and to explore new places to move.

Currently, it is my goal to move to Cali.

I am self sufficient and independent, or hang out with you and learn about you, and your city through yohr experiences. I don't want to be a burden, so I will do as much to not be. I am a communicator, and i am trustworthy.

I absolutely appreciate and have the best experience doing this with communication. Simple etas, and a general plan work, flexibility is great.

As a host, I like hanging out and getting to know someone, learning about them and giving them a little bit about my area, me and if time permits, or money allows, showing them around, or going out with them. I never get value out of hosting those who treat my home like a hotel stay and they don't interact with me, and just come back, go to bed, and leave in the morning. There's no personal value to me in that.

As a guest, with simple boundaries, rules communicated, and flexibility, I clean up after myself, try to help out if needed, and try not to be a liability.

I can cook a meal, clean, or not do anything as required, depending on my host.

LGBT hosts, and guests preferred, but not required here. Hoping you are friendly to find friendlies.

Looking forward to meeting, and learning about you.
The vast majority of the community here is great, and I've had wonderful experiences, and am recommended highly. I am not a freeload, and I appreciate the community here and I value it greatly.

Homebody, over bar guy. Professional oriented. Thoughtful.
