About Me

Hey you! My name is Judi, pleased to meet you on this internet crossroad.
I'm a happy and really curious girl who never backs down on a challenge. I love to learn, which in many ways is best done by experiencing I believe. I would say I am good at many things, but an expert in none of them, yet. Things I like include drawing, reading, knitting, hiking, nice people, couchsurfing, eating, sunny days, dancing...
In spring 2014 I finished my last year of high school and then worked for the rest of the year to be able to go travel the world properly. This resulted in my 9 month trip across southeast Asia (and a stay in Australia) which I finished in November 2015. I have already met so many amazing people and seen so many beautiful places in my travels, which I look forward to doing many more times on the road. I hope we meet some day!
And if you're ever in Stockholm (and I am too), feel free to send me a couch request or a message and maybe we can meet for Fika and discuss the wonders of travelling, our favourite places in the world or anything else between heaven and earth or beyond that.

PHILOSOPHY

We are all people, and in that context the same, no matter where we come from, how we look or what we prefer

Anyone who wants to do good and be good, can be.

Kindness is beauty

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's such a simple and amazing way to learn about the world. I want to see the world through the locals eyes and meet the amazing people who'll welcome a stranger into their homes :) There is a Swedish saying that goes "finns det hjärterum, finns det stjärterum" which translates roughly into "If there's room in the heart, there's room for the bum" haha! I think that sums up couchsurfing pretty well.
