Snorkled with Sting Ray's in Sting Ray City, swam with a dolphin on my 18th bday, tubing at 50-60 mph.

Teach: swim, snorkel, and hunt/shoot
Learn: sail and get better at hunting/shooting (you can always improve your marksmanship)
