About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Find new routines, and abandon them,
ABOUT ME
Back stateside for a few years to finish my MFA in Chicago. In the past year, I was fortunate enough to live in Asia and travel around extensively. In my opinion, there is no such thing as a bad conversation, I'm always learning. There is one way to fill in the gaps in an interstice-- by being porous.
PHILOSOPHY
Don't write too much about yourself in the personal philosophy section, its counterproductive.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
In the past year, I have been hosted by some amazingly witty, kindhearted people. Now that I have settled down in a new city, I hope to meet some local couchsurfers, and host when I have the time.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Working on a tight budget of bread and tomatoes, I was able to travel through Japan, and meet some great locals that opened their homes to me. If it wasn't for their help, I would definitely not have had the same experience, let alone a roof over my head.
In my year in Korea, I've gallivanted dozens of times with people I met on this site that I consider sincere friends at this point.
