ABOUT ME

I am married to an amazing woman, with 7 children. I love to be active and experience new things. I will try any food once, and I'm ready for any adventure or challenge.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short; so make the best of it=)
Get out of the money race while young, so that I can enjoy my life when older. Furthermore, money as wealth is an illusion. Do not try to create wealth without relationships: for the relationships, experience, and knowledge are the only wealth maintained.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I host people whenever I can. I tell anyone who is interested in travel, and tell them to sign up to couch surfing.

I have had a very positive couch surfing experience. It has made my life more full and fun!

Interests

I'm interested in hosting people with honest ambitions of any form.

I'm interested in anything active. I live to hike, snowboard, mountain bike, backpack, and explore. I grew up in a farming/ranching lifestyle, so I like animals. I have owned a horse my entire life, and can't imagine life without that connection. I enjoy conversing about life. My family is my life, so a good part of what I do in life is with them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music. I listen anything from Classical to Rock. I do not watch many movies now. I prefer spending my time with other avenues of my life, that I consider more worth while. I like reading anything that sparks my intelligence, and stretches my mind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to Spain, Morocco, Jamaica, the Bahammas and Belize, China, Korea, half of the states in Mexico and a couple providences in Canada. I have also traveled to 48 of The United States so far. I have had a full life so far.

Teach, Learn, Share

I try to learn as much as possible, from anyone possible. So I enjoy hosting people from different cultures who see life very different from myself.
