I've been living in Southern Spain for the past two years as an English teacher, trying to take advantage of my time in Europe by traveling as much as I can! I love getting to know new people, cities, and cultures and am very excited to see what awaits me on my next trip :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first Christmas here in Spain to be spent without family and a girl I had just met invited a friend and I to her family's house for Christmas dinner. She was appalled that we were going to eat alone so she drove us out to her house where we spent the night with her rowdy, boisterous, amazingly hospitable family. We couldn't understand a word they were saying but it was one my most memorable nights. All thanks to one girl inviting complete strangers home for dinner.

I can teach you how to cook a mean tortilla espanola! I'm very curious and interested in learning just about anything.... maybe some easy recipes or a few useful phrases in a new language?!
