Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
escape the digital life.
ABOUT ME
Call me Janni - a product of the information society, packed with computer skills with a hardwired connection down to earth. Jesus, that sounds nerdy! Couchsurfing is like a cure from digital overload and technology fatigue. Together with hitchhiking, travelling becomes adventurous again.
PHILOSOPHY
"Not all those who wander are lost" J.R.R. Tolkien. Aren't we all wanderers?! Always trying to figure out the ways life pursues. Never feeling completely happy with the current state.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
One of my best experiences happened during a 2700 km Hitchhiking-Trip from Germany to Turkey. After five days of sleeping in the wilderness of the Carpathian Mountains I was insanely happy to enjoy a safe and dry sleeping place and human company again. I felt unbelievable happy.
Interests
Look, I studied Nonprofit Management and E-Commerce. Of course topics around these fields are my pet issues I love to talk about. But that's of course only the tip of the iceberg.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm totally into books related to philosophy and ethics.
If you're likewise minded I got a nice pick for you:
MUSASHI, a traditional Japanese novel written by Eiji Yoshikawa
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I feel stunned by human art easily time over time again. Even if I don't know much about it.
