ABOUT ME

I'm a Finnish guy from the dark North, Finland. I work as communications consultant and live in leafy suburbs of Helsinki. During my free time I enjoy renovating our new apartment, going to sauna and playing badminton. I've lived in Brussels, Lyon and Stockholm for short periods of time.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to become a person of culture, adventure, and compassion. Packing my bags and leaving my home town was the first step.

Bed for a stranger (available as the renovation is finished), guided tour in my home town (welcome to Helsinki!), sharing my life-long wisdom (quality not guaranteed).

Tried once, in Paris. Loved it.

Interests

I've always wanted to be able to fly. The dream is still a work in progress, meanwhile I enjoy playing badminton, cooking my three favourite (and only) dishes and hanging out with friends.

Have you always wanted to know which Finnish dish looks like a vagina? What's the deal with sauna, ice swimming or mosquito killing competitions? How to survive half a year without sunlight? How to ride a polar bear? I'm more that happy to guide you to the weird culture of the North.

As this is the environment that I've been living in the past 28 years I seriously need experiences from the normal world. Let me share yours.
