ABOUT ME

I am a tireless rebel of the status quo on a mission to engage deeply with the human experience. I can find joy and harmony in every situation. I am heart-centered, easily fascinated and true to myself..
If adventure lies ahead, I can get up at sunrise or stay out till dawn. I really love to learn new things and share whatever I can.
Some of my greatest memories are with couchsurfers both in my home and in theirs.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was an avid couchsurfer years ago but have since not been able to participate. I am back now and excited to meet new people anywhere or way I can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only had wonderfully pleasant couchsurfing experiences. My first stay was in Ireland, and my host took me to a poetry slam in a secret attic bar. It was so cool. I got to see Rome from the back of a moped, the Eiffel Tower by twinkle light and the beautiful mountains of Ecuador all as a couchsurfer. I have hosted people from all over the world and jump at the opportunity to travel to new places without leaving my home via stories, song and food. I am unable to host currently but look forward to my housing situation altering so I can open my home up again!
I had a different profile during all of this, but it was joined with someone and was lost when we split :(

兴趣

I love being outdoors with my dogs, Charlie and Indiana. They are super goofy, and I wouldn't trade them for anything! I I really love to dance, write, meet new people and have my ideas turned upside down by learning new things.
I'm into ecstatic dance, meditation, open spirituality, personal development, being active and doing things I've never done before.

In 2015 I ended living the double life I had been leading for over 2 decades. I did so first with my family and then openly with the world. I have since spoken publicly about my experience with abuse, addiction and mental illness online, onscreen and in-print. All of this has been an awesome journey, but the truly amazing part is how it has allowed me to connect with other people. I have been fortunate to experience the depth of human love, acceptance and compassion. It forever changed me.

I love to share the light that binds me, open safe containers for others to step into their bigness and create safe spaces of love and acceptance for people to show up as they are.

I LOVE learning and get excited about almost any subject. I am most interested in learning about people's journeys and experiences in this life or others.

I can teach about self-love, addiction, recovery, public speaking, self care tools, eliminating shame, inner child, conscious connection, failing , meditation and reprogramming the subconscious mind.
