Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been a member of couchsurfing since 2013 but never really used it. I mostly used AirBnb because of it's ease of use and quick, purely economic transaction; only traveling for shorter-term trips. Now, I find myself seeking longer-term travel and a desire to connect with others across the world. Plus, you can't beat free. And if anyone is expecting some good conversation, exchange of knowledge, and a good sense of humor, well, I'm happy to deliver.

Interests

I'm an artist so I work in visual arts. Mainly ink drawing and paintings. Travel of course is a huge interest of mine as I wouldn't be on here if I wasn't. I like to see what sort of new, niche things are currently going on all over. Those are what interest me the most, because uniqueness and quality (over quantity) are things that I highly value.
