Currently trying to decide what to do with my life and spending lots of time away, far far away, is winning out. Looking forward to being able to travel and live like a bum for a while.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

unfortunately i don't have a couch because i still live at home (far from dublin) but i spend most of my time in my friend Enda's apartment in college. So i entertain couch surfers there. so my participating has so far involved getting drunk and partying with various couch surfers and also fighting over the couch in Enda's.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have entertained 3 sets of couchsurfers now. they're always great fun and i've learned a lot
1. people from Queens like to moon restauranteurs through windows
2. people from Brooklyn start drinking at 3 p.m. and study doodling in college
3. aussies throw dingos, koalas, steak and kangaroos on the barby

sports, lots and lots of sports. and when i can't do that i read. I'll read pretty much anything. Trying to be political, which is basically just more reading.

music; the shins, they rock. bob seger and bruce springsteen, classics. anything that people give me to listen to i generally like.

movies; ricky bobby, shake and bake baby! little miss sunshine, the life aquatic, rushmore, the royal tenanbaums, all amazing.

books; Norwegian wood, by Haruki Murakami. one of my favourite books, love this author. A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole. very entertaining, crazy book.

vegetables; gotta love asparagus. and spinach.... yummy

fish; mackerel is a new love. salmon's a classic. and the standard tuna of course
