ABOUT ME

I don't have the best luck with these "About me" sections... Truth is I write better when I'm telling a story so let's try this...

I am a photographer from Long Island who has gone through some incredible, life changing changes in the past year... I went from working in a small town, going to a community college, completely content with conforming to the norm to a photographer in Manhattan who met some amazing friends, decided to take a road trip from NY to LA and back... 10,000 miles later I've come out a new person with an easier attitude. New York can make you hard and the road trip "changed my life" i guess you could say... I grew balls, got an apartment in Brooklyn and now I want to share with others the positive experience I've had on my 6 month journey... providing it's cool with the roomies.

PHILOSOPHY

I found this quote on another CS profile while searching for a place to stay in Nashville...

Hearing that I was inspired to write my own...

I believe that anything is possible if you believe in yourself, that no one will love you like your Mother does, that ghosts are real and are there to protect their loved ones, I believe that if you live life right you won't be afraid to die, I believe that growing up is overrated and overtly necessary, I believe that if everyone turned the water off when they brushed their teeth the world would be a better place, I believe that every girl cares about what a boy thinks and that those Barbie dolls we call role models in the form of pop stars and movie actresses are the cause of teenage plastic surgery (duh), I believe that these things can't be changed if people like me just sit here and rant about it on their profiles and I believe (just like every artist believes early on) that I will be the next Annie Leibovitz minus the bankruptcy.

I have surfed at about 10 different locations around the country and hope to contribute as a host until the next trip.
