Overview
About Me
I am completing a (BSc) Biology at Lancaster University, with a year abroad at the University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia. Next year I am studying a Master's in Primate Behaviour and Conservation at (Liverpool John Moore's), hopefully to pursue a career in zoos or chimpanzee conservation. I am a massive film fan and enjoy reading and pretty much any sport.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This Summer I am volunteering in Edinburgh Zoo observing chimpanzees. As I am not getting paid I would find it financially impossible to stay in hotels for the whole volunteering period, and would enjoy the company of staying with someone sociable who knows how to make the most of living in the city (which I have visited before but know little about).

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't know much about music (I'll listen to anything), and am more of an art fan, and spend a lot of my free time drawing. I love any film from Tarantino to Hitchcock. In terms of books, I enjoy travel and science books mainly.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Learning to scuba dive during my time in Australia is probably the thing I appreciate most.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'll be coming back to the host everyday with a lot of information on the chimpanzees at Edinburgh Zoo so if they like animals that would be fun :) beyond that I am quite chatty and could talk about anything.
