I love to explore new places and get a sense of different cultures and ways of living. I also enjoy meeting new and interesting characters from around the world and sharing life stories over a good meal. I have been working and travelling since i finished school and have been living in different parts along the east coast of Australia. I love to be creative especially when it comes to woodworking, cooking and and garden design. In my spare time i love to go hiking,biking camping , snowboarding , kitesurfing , skating the list goes on but also reading and relaxing.

I feel like to really get to know a region it's always best to have some local knowledge and meet the local people. I'm not big on social media and much prefer the personal connection, but also can relate when people need their space.
Visiting Canada for the next month in a hire car. Accommodation is so expensive so I,ve been staying with friends and sleeping in the car when its not to cold. Looking for a bed/couch/floor to crash anything is better than the car.
Would be happy to cook and even pitch some board for a few nights accommodation.

Trekked across a section of the Austrian alps with my wife for 2 months stopping every 5-7 days for food. Some amazing and also scary times. The weather changes so unexpectedly in the mountains. So peaceful and abundant with water , wild berries and mushroom foraging
