I'm a 22 year old Scottish lad who has returned home after a few years of travelling and is somewhat settled back in Scotland for the time being. I absolutely love travelling but I'm reluctantly home for the time being saving cash for the next trip to Central and South America. I'm living and working in Glasgow (the unofficial capital of Scotland) and I would love to share the Scotland I know and love with travellers from other countries!

I used Couchsurfing time and again when I was on the road and I was absolutely blown away by the generosity of the people I met through this darling of a website. I was able to get to the heart and soul of a place, meet like-minded locals and truly experience a place from the eyes of someone who has lived there for their entire lives. Now that I am back in Scotland, I feel that it is my responsibility to pass that experience on to other people - I need to give back! I'm really looking forward to showing travellers around my hometown, introducing them to my friends and hopefully meeting a lot of new friends in the process!
