About Me
I've been a biologist for the better part of the last decade, working in labs in England and France, and just this year, I've decided for a change. I'm going to retrain as a primary school teacher. So, let's see how the new adventure goes!
I'm in between jobs this summer, and so I thought - let's go travelling!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I caught the traveling bug during the long university vacations. Now I try to travel whenever I can get the time off. Through CS, I'm just trying to meet fellow travellers, like minds, good people and enjoy life!

Music, Movies, and Books
Ah ... too many
I like non-fiction books on anything and everything . I'm always keen to learn about something new ... history, music, biographies, memoirs, science, different cultures and religions...
Movies... I confess I'm a bit of sucker for the escapist easy watchers. Action and comedy
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Honestly, if I have to pick just one, it is when I visited a temple in Northern India where they worshipped rats as sacred. It was one of the most truly baffling experiences of my life! It's a big world and sometimes it seems that almost anything is possible...
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: Mmm, well, I can tell you a lot about evolutionary biology? That's kind of my research... But I'm into lots of things... just ask!
Learn and share: I feel that I can always learn from other people. There's so much more to know! I love discussing, debating or just shooting the breeze.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Well, my friends say I'm kind of funny. I hope I can offer good humour and good company. I've travelled a bit here and there and I like to meet new people; sharing my stories and hearing those of others.
Countries I’ve Visited
